Pricing Structure:

General

  • R950 p/month for 10 months (R220 extra lesson)
  • R1 800 p/month for 10 months: 2 hours p/week
  • Once off lesson R270 p/hour
  • Exam prep lesson R300
  • Saturday lessons R1 100 p/month for 10 months
  • R800 for assessment test
  • Online lessons R280 p/hour

One on One

  • Homework helper: R250 p/hour
  • Gr. R – Gr. 4: R250 p/hour
  • Gr. 5 – Gr. 6: R290 p/hour
  • Gr. 7 – Gr. 9: R320 p/hour
  • Gr. 10 – Gr. 12: R350 p/hour

Impaq

  • Oral assessments English and Afrikaans R250 per oral
  • Online (Zoom) sessions for orals available R250 per oral
  • Invigilator and Marking of assessment from R250
  • Invigilator for examinations from R300
  • Impaq tutoring from R2 300 for 10 hours

Remedial Academy

  • R3 450 p/month 5 days a week 8am to 12:30pm
  • R2 600 p/month 3 days a week 8am to 12:30pm
  • Aftercare R1 250 p/month

 
 

Fees & Payment Terms

Payment must be made directly to Pin Point Tutor. Payment must be made monthly in advance for tutoring to commence.

This is a 10 month payment structure.

Cancellation of lessons by client:

If a student cannot attend a lesson, parents are to notify Pin Point Tutor within 24 hours before the lesson.  Lessons not attended by the student shall be charged at the full rate and a lesson will be forfeit. Postponing a lesson does not mean the lesson amount is deducted from the monthly cost.  A make-up lesson will be given if valid reason was given, in advance, for cancelling the lesson.

One calendar month written notice to be given on termination of the private tutoring lessons.

No lessons will be given on public holidays.

Additional lessons will be given during June and November as examination preparation. There will be no lessons during June and December school holiday.

Be on time for your lesson and ask if you do not understand. Be prepared for the Private lesson and bring with all the books needed to work from and color pens and stationary. Students should try to attend all lessons to see the best progress possible.
